Who we are

This site is operated by Redox Educators LLC, doing business as Redox Education ("Redox," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide to us

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the visitor type and service you select, and your message. This information is sent securely to our customer relationship management (CRM) system and is used to respond to your inquiry and, where you've consented, to follow up about our services. We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, or health information through this website.

How we use your information

To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
To follow up about tutoring, QBank, clinical-rotation, or institutional services you've expressed interest in.
To maintain a record of our communications with you.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Contact-form submissions are stored in Supabase, Inc., our database provider. Supabase processes this information on our behalf and maintains its own privacy and security practices, available at supabase.com/privacy. This website is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard technical information (such as IP address) as part of delivering the site.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or other tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice before doing so.

Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions and related CRM records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@redoxedu.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Clinical program documents

Identity documents, immunization records, background-check results, and other clinical-placement compliance documents are collected and stored only inside our clinical portal application once you are an enrolled clinical-rotation student — never through this public marketing website.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
