Founder & CEO

Christopher Baldasano, M.S.

Educator, medical student, and U.S. Army veteran — building the academic and medical education he wished he’d had on the way into healthcare.

I’m Christopher Baldasano, founder and CEO of Redox Education. I grew up in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and have dedicated my career to helping students build the knowledge, confidence, and discipline needed to succeed in healthcare. Since 2021 I have taught college-level science throughout the Philadelphia region while growing Redox Education into a national academic-support and medical-education organisation.

I currently teach Human Anatomy and Physiology, Pathophysiology, Medical Terminology, and Genetics for several institutions, including Holy Family University, Temple University, and The Center for Allied Health Education (CAHE) in Brooklyn, New York. Alongside teaching, I work on curriculum development, educational technology, and learning systems that help students master complex scientific concepts more efficiently.

My background includes serving as a Medical Officer in the New Jersey Army National Guard until my medical retirement in 2025, a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University, and continuing my training as a medical student. Those experiences reinforced the values that guide my work every day: discipline, integrity, lifelong learning, and service to others.

Redox Education has grown beyond traditional tutoring. Our mission is to build educational systems that prepare future healthcare professionals — through academic support, university partnerships, clinical education, research opportunities, and innovative learning resources. Whether we’re helping a student pass Anatomy, preparing an international medical graduate for the next step, or developing new programs with universities, the focus stays the same: high-quality education that creates long-term success.

Outside of medicine and education, I enjoy strength training, running, Muay Thai, reading, and studying the science of human performance and longevity. I believe the pursuit of excellence is a lifelong process, and that the best educators never stop learning themselves.

Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.
